We are now inviting Freelance Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Trainers & Consultants to join our network and collaborate on corporate workshops, certification programs, and consulting assignments in the fast-growing Web3 and decentralized technology domains.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Trainer and Consultant, you will play a dual role — leading training programs on blockchain technologies and consulting on real-world blockchain implementation projects. You’ll guide learners and clients in understanding blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, decentralized applications (dApps), tokenization, NFTs, DeFi, and emerging trends in Web3.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Capacity Building
- Deliver engaging sessions and hands-on workshops on Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Smart Contracts, and Web3 applications.
- Create course content, lab exercises, and project-based learning materials aligned with industry standards.
- Mentor learners on building blockchain projects, deploying tokens, and developing decentralized applications.
- Conduct training on Solidity, Rust, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and related platforms.
2. Consulting & Advisory
- Provide blockchain consulting to startups and enterprises on architecture, tokenomics, and smart contract use cases.
- Guide clients in implementing ICO/IDO platforms, staking systems, NFT marketplaces, wallets, and dApps.
- Support enterprises in blockchain integration, security audits, and deployment of decentralized ecosystems.
3. Research & Development
- Stay up to date with advancements in DeFi, NFTs, Metaverse, and Layer 2 solutions.
- Contribute to GSA’s innovation-driven projects involving Blockchain + AI convergence.
- Develop case studies and success stories to demonstrate blockchain impact across industries.
4. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work with GSA’s academic and corporate training teams to design certification programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with experts in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity to create integrated technology courses.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Blockchain Development, Cryptocurrency Projects, or Web3 Consulting.
- Technical Expertise:
- Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BSC
- Programming Languages: Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, Python
- Frameworks: Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js
- Concepts: Tokenomics, Smart Contracts, DeFi, NFTs, Staking, DAO, and Metaverse Development
- Familiarity with Wallets, dApps, and Decentralized Storage (IPFS, Arweave)
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered Blockchain solutions.
- Knowledge of blockchain security, consensus mechanisms, and governance models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
